2018 and a rough idea At the back end of the year, our team moved from Global Marketing to Product Strategy, although one of our responsibilities will still be creating technical content. We will have more involvement from a strategic point of view and enablement. Travel With the above in mind, this might reduce the amount of travel for me in 2018 well at least out of region. Today Veeam made generally available 4 new updates for 4 of the major components of the Veeam Availability Platform. Veeam Availability Suite that consists of both Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam ONE both have their 9.5 update 3 update that I will touch on further down in the post. VMware on AWS was a huge announcement at VMworld this year, this week at AWS Re:invent has seen a host of new announcements around this service including the ability to leverage AWS services over an Elastic Network Interface to the VMware Cloud on AWS.
