The halfway mark for the #VDM30in30 and with a conference in the middle for a week it was always going to be tough to keep the content going at a post a day, although whilst at the conference I was able to jump on with some old friends and talk about some community and highlights for NetApp Insight and also about the newly announced Veeam 9.5 being GA during the same week.
It’s always a great thing getting to speak to the guys that run the NetApp TechONTAP podcast as well catching up with my good friend Pete Flecha who is now at VMware, watch this space for some collaboration between us two in the run up to VeeamON in May next year.

This first one was the recap of day 2 and very much resonates the community message and in particular involving the best bits from us guys in the NetApp A Team a group of passionate individuals that provide positive and constructive criticism to the NetApp product team but ultimately just out and out fanboys.
The second appearance was more around GA Day, joined on the show with friend Pete Flecha who was discussing the GA release of vSphere 6.5 I was drafted in to talk about Veeam Availability Suite hitting the streets with the v9.5 version.
Looking to find a way of actually embedding the audio and video into the site so you don’t have to go elsewhere to consume the audio or video pieces. Watch this space.
